Ferrari Japan has entered into a licensed official Ferrari dealership agreement with Queen Auto KK, with the company launching the grand opening of Auto Cavallino on September 9 as a licensed Ferrari dealership.

Since 2014, Auto Cavallino has been a licensed Ferrari service center and provided its clients with a range of services. The Kinki area, including Kobe, is second after Tokyo in terms of Japan’s largest markets. The growth of luxury car market in Japan, especially in this area made it essential for Ferrari to ensure a strong dealer network. Auto Cavallino is the second Ferrari dealership in the Kinki region and the only Ferrari dealership in the area that combines a showroom and service center.

Through the agreement, Ferrari Japan has strengthened its domestic official dealer network and aims for enhanced service in the country. The official Ferrari network in Japan spans thirteen dealerships in eleven different cities nationwide. Eight official dealerships are located in Tokyo, Yokohama, Nagoya, Osaka, Kobe, Hiroshima and Fukuoka, while five Ferrari official service centers are in Hokkaido, Sendai, Nagano, Kanazawa and Nagano.
Located within the Rokko Island, the second major artificial island in Higashinada-ku in Kobe city, the south east region of Japan, the area offers residential houses, schools, hotels, hospitals and port facilities and many more. It is just off the fifth Wangan Line of Hanshin Expressway, the entrance to the Rokko Island, providing an easy access from, central Kobe, Sannomiya, Osaka and Okayama cities.

The new facility has a size of 3,100sqm. The interior makes use of Ferrari’s latest corporate image and combines a new car showroom, Ferrari Approved car showroom, an Atelier for Ferrari Tailor-Made, and a service center on one floor. This allows Auto Cavallino to provide a range of services across the entire Ferrari experience.

At the opening ceremony, Reno De Paoli, Managing Director of Ferrari Japan commented, “We are delighted to have strengthened our partnership with Queen Auto KK and open Auto Cavallino as an official dealer. Kobe is, along with Osaka, a major strategic location in the Kinki region, so opening a dealership that combines a showroom and service center devoted exclusively to Ferrari will ably meet the growing demand.”
